Customer Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return unworn merchandise in the original box/package for a full refund. We'll even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or a manufacturer's defect. If we shipped the correct merchandise but you are dissatisfied with the size, color, style or fit – we will not reimburse shipping charges. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days.

For our holiday shoppers, it might be difficult to return merchandise within 30 days. We will accept returns purchased between November 1 and December 31 until February 1.

If Rewards Points were used with this purchase you have 2 options:

  1. Return the item(s) in the store and get the full pre-reward points price refunded. 
  2. Return the item(s) to our Distribution Center, where we will credit your reward points back to your account and refund the difference.

Merchandise Return Options:


Option 1: Return the product to your nearest store.

You may return any item or items purchased from the Company’s site to any of our retail stores.  The store will handle the return just as if you had made the purchase from that store. Refunds are provided on unworn merchandise in the original box/package with positive ID and phone number. Bring the Packing List with you as the store will use it as a receipt.

Option 2: Mail Returns.

  1. Use a strong carton, secured with tape.
  2. Enclose the unworn merchandise in the original box/packing along with the merchandise return form you printed from the links below depending on whether you are a Registered User or a Guest User. Be sure to either include your Packing List with your order or write your order # on the Return Form. Again, if the return is our fault or a manufacturer's defect, we will also refund the shipping cost.
  3. Apply the return label. Please affix the appropriate postage. The package will not be delivered without postage. If you do not have a return label, you may send your return to: SHOE SHOW, INC./Internet Administrator, 2201 Trinity Church Rd., Concord, NC, 28027.
  4. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. returns.
  5. We will do everything possible to expedite the handling of your return. Please allow sufficient time to receive and inspect the merchandise and follow your instructions correctly.
  6. We will notify you via E-mail of the return/refund once it is processed.
