Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return unworn merchandise in the original box/package for a full refund. We'll even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or a manufacturer's defect. If we shipped the correct merchandise but you are dissatisfied with the size, color, style or fit – we will not reimburse shipping charges.
For our holiday shoppers, it might be difficult to return merchandise within 30 days. We will accept returns purchased between November 1 and December 31 until February 1.
If Rewards Points were used with this purchase you have 2 options:
Option 1: Return the product to your nearest store.
You may return any item or items purchased from the Company’s site to any of our retail stores. The store will handle the return just as if you had made the purchase from that store. Refunds are provided on unworn merchandise in the original box/package with positive ID and phone number. Bring the Packing List with you as the store will use it as a receipt.
