We have reopened and will reopen in states where we are able. Some stores, particularly those in malls, may have limited hours initially so check with your local store. Other locations will be curbside service only. We anticipate increasing hours as business warrants. We have instituted specific protocols within each location such as cleaning as recommended by the CDC, providing masks and gloves to all associates, limiting the number of customers, equipping the register area with sneeze guards and respectfully requesting our guests use the marked social-distancing guidelines by allowing 6 feet of space between each customer.
Every precaution is being taken to help make you feel secure shopping with us, but it is ultimately a personal choice each individual will have to make for themselves. We will be ready and waiting to welcome everyone back. Please visit our Store Locator page to check a specific location’s operating hours or you are welcome to give your local store a call to verify.
Not ready to venture out yet? No problem! Shop online at shoeshowmega.com and take advantage of Free Ground Shipping.
We will continue to work hard to keep our employees and customers safe. We will monitor the situation closely and make adjustments as needed. Thank you for your continued trust, loyalty and patience as we navigate the reopening together.

Question – How do I return items and will the return policy be extended?
You are welcome to hold your return until our stores re-open. We are very flexible with our return policy and will continue to do so, due to the Covid-19 National Emergency.
Question – When will I get my refund?
Posting of refunds to your card typically takes between 3-5 business days.
Question – Why is it taking so long to hear about my order?
We apologize for any delays with order/shipping/tracking confirmation emails. We are working with a very limited crew and will get items processed as quickly as we can. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Question – I’m an employee and I have a question about my pay, who do I contact?
Employees should reach out to their District Supervisor.
